The Range

One system, a family of models.

The same structural kit scales across the range — from a compact hospitality studio to a two-bedroom dwelling. The built domes prove the system; every model below is a completed design, ready to be built.

How to read this page

GeoMod domes stand completed and occupied in the Tsitsikamma forest — that is the proof the system works. The models below are completed designs, not existing stock. Each one has been drawn and engineered; none is sitting in a yard waiting for a buyer. What you are choosing is a design to build, on your site, to your programme.

Pricing is on application for every model. Cost depends on site access, foundations, services and finish level, and GeoMod would rather quote your project honestly than publish a number that turns out to be wrong for it.

The four models

Hives

20 m² · Studio hospitality unit

The compact end of the range, and the model built at Tsitsikamma. Sized for nature-based hospitality where the architecture itself is what guests book — a single generous volume with views in several directions from one position.

Typically suits: Lodges and reserves adding distinctive units; premium short-stay owners.

Kuppel Suit

43 m² + 8 m² deck · One-bedroom suite

A separated sleeping area with its own deck, for operators who want a suite rather than a studio while keeping the same structural kit and the same short assembly programme.

Typically suits: Lodges moving upmarket; eco-resorts with mixed unit types.

DuoZo

50 m² + 10 m² decks · One-bedroom with living space

Adds a distinct living space to the one-bedroom layout — the point in the range where a unit stops reading as accommodation and starts reading as a small home.

Typically suits: Longer stays; private owners on estates or remote sites.

DuoZoMetri

75 m² · Two-bedroom dwelling

The largest model in the range: a two-bedroom dwelling on a compact footprint, with the same absence of load-bearing internal walls that keeps the interior zoning flexible.

Typically suits: Private homes; family units within a resort.

Still to be confirmed

Occupancy figures, certification wording and indicative pricing are still being finalised by GeoMod. Rather than estimate them, this page leaves them out. If you need those numbers for a feasibility study, ask us directly — we would rather give you a real answer than a placeholder.
